Miguel A. Figueroa IIIMember
Founding attorney, Miguel Figueroa, was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in July of 1980. At an early age, his family relocated to Texas where Miguel began to excel academically.
Upon graduating from high school, Miguel enlisted in the United States Army. Upon quickly climbing the ranks and fulfilling his enlistment obligation, which included a year of overseas service, Sergeant Figueroa separated himself from active duty and went on to resume his pursuit of higher education.
Miguel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas, at Austin. While at the University of Texas, he honed his analytical skills and developed a keen understanding of the importance, responsibility, and duty that public service requires.
Following his commencement at the University of Texas, Miguel attended Texas A & M University, School of Law. Now, as a proven leader and military veteran, Miguel continued his pattern of selfless service. While completing the rigorous law school coursework in only 2 1/2 year, he served the local community in multiple ways. Miguel physically helped build houses through Habitat for Humanity projects, raised funds and awareness for local employee rights, and volunteered to help represent indigent families at the North Texas Office of Legal Aid. A member of the Hispanic Law Students Association (HLSA), and the Intellectual Property Association, Miguel received his Juris Doctorate of Law in 2010.
Attorney Miguel Figueroa continues to serve the community through volunteer work, supporting local schools and churches, and providing aggressive and zealous legal representation for those who need it.
